Agricultural tradition, technological innovation and meticulous care in every detail. From the field to your hands.
We are a young, ambitious cooperative full of enthusiasm, driven by a project led by Solagro. Founded in 2022 with 121 members, Nature Pistachio now brings together 134 growers from Toledo, Cuenca and Ciudad Real.
Our facilities on María Pacheco Street are the gateway to a project that brings tradition and innovation together. The daily work of our families has created solid foundations, making us a benchmark for cooperative unity and rural development.
We sow history and harvest the future. Our first season at the plant was in 2025, when it was officially opened by the Regional Minister of Agriculture. We bring pistachios from the heart of La Mancha to the world.

We combine tradition with state-of-the-art processing equipment to produce consistent, flavourful and delicate organic pistachios.

The pistachio says it all. It may be small, but it carries all our work, our land and the shared effort of everyone who believes in it.
At Nature Pistachio, we foster unity across La Mancha. We care for every branch with dedication, because every step reminds us that our cooperative has entered a new chapter.

A place where technology embraces nature.
Located in Corral de Almaguer (Toledo), our facilities are a meeting point for more than one hundred growers from the region. The site is designed to receive each harvest efficiently, minimise waiting times and ensure that pistachios reach our hoppers fresh.
Innovation, technology and exceptional care in every detail of the plant.
Processing is what makes our pistachios unique. The hoppers receive the crop, which is cleaned, dried, graded and stored using state-of-the-art equipment under the strictest European market standards.
We combine the tradition of our 134 members with optical sorting and slow-drying techniques. This keeps the pistachios’ sensory qualities intact.
Our rigorous process ensures a high-quality product.
